Deliveries & Returns


Products will be shipped by to the delivery address given by the Buyer when placing his/her order.

Deliveries in France and international deliveries are made by a carrier of high repute chosen by us in order to ensure the best service and a competitive price.
Delivery costs are calculated automatically according to the delivery method selected and appear in the total amount to be paid. Delivery costs depend on the size of the order, the geographical location to which it is to be delivered, and the chosen delivery method.

A tracking number will be sent by email to the Buyer after checkout. The Buyer will then be able to track his/her parcel from dispatch through to delivery.
The Buyer must examine all goods at the time of delivery and ensure that any damage or shortages are recorded in writing on the carrier's delivery note. Claims must then be made by telephone or email to Customer Services team within 72 hours.



If the Buyer is unhappy with a product purchased, we will be happy to exchange it for another item.
Items must be returned by the buyer in their original unused condition and packaging within fourteen (14) days after the date on which the order was received, enclosing a copy of the invoice. Goods should be returned to the following address :

Return postage, packaging and other costs shall be paid by the Buyer.
Any returned items that are damaged or incomplete will not be exchanged and will be sent back as is to the Buyer, at the Buyer's expense.
